These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Ghostsim platform (the "Service"), available at ghostsim.net ("we"). By creating an account or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms.
1. Scope of the Service
Ghostsim brokers the temporary rental of third-party phone numbers (supplier: 5sim) for receiving SMS verification messages. Numbers are temporary and do not belong to the user; the Service does not guarantee availability of any specific number, carrier or country.
2. Registration and account
You must provide a valid e-mail address and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity on your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Payments and balance
Balance top-ups are made via Pix, processed by the payment provider PushinPay. Your balance is used to purchase numbers. Displayed prices already include the Service's margin. We do not issue invoices (nota fiscal) for platform transactions.
4. SMS delivery and refunds
We do not guarantee SMS delivery: it depends on the sender and the carrier. If a purchased number expires without receiving any SMS, the amount is automatically refunded to your internal balance. Numbers that already received an SMS are non-refundable. Account balance is not redeemable for cash, except where required by law.
5. Prohibited uses
You may not use the Service for: (a) fraud, scams or identity falsification; (b) bypassing third-party security or verification mechanisms without authorization; (c) spam or bulk messaging; (d) any activity that is unlawful under Brazilian law. Violations result in immediate suspension, without refund, and may be reported to the authorities.
6. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is". We are not liable for supplier unavailability, failed SMS delivery, blocks imposed by third-party platforms, or the use you make of the numbers.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Relevant changes will be announced on the platform. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
8. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, with the courts of the user's domicile elected to settle consumer-relationship disputes. Questions and requests: via the Support page.
